Bisbee Grand Hotel, Saloon, and Music Venue

They advertise free breakfast, however there were only two small packaged muffins. I was the first to arrive when they opened. I was told if I wanted anything else I had to pay for it. I think this was very deceiving and a complete rip off. I will stay somewhere else next trip.

1. 30 steps to room 2. 4 " drop from bathroom to bedroom 3. Music in bar below room until midnight 4. No parking close to hotel 5. The shower floor was very unclean 6. TV was size of a laptop

One word; NO! The Grand Hotel is terrible. The room ( we had the king suite with a jacuzzi) was filthy and not well kept. The jacuzzi was too dirty to even imagine using it. The bed sloped and the sheets were paper thin. Dust and dirt was everywhere and on everything. Had we not driven a far distance and were quite tired, I’m sure we would have left immediately. The reviews about the saloon noise was the least of our concern. As much as we wanted to enjoy a nostalgic old hotel, the basic upkeep has been greatly overlooked. The “free breakfast” was equivalent to cold store bought muffins or low quality bagels. We ended up eating the extremely overpriced nightly hotel cost and checked out first thing the next morning.

Location

Live band on the other side of the wall until after 10pm. I made a reservation including a small child under 2. Jacuzzi tub took over an hour to fill and the water wasn’t even warm or hot. Multiple things throughout need maintenance like a ripped linoleum tile in the bathroom. The price was outrageous for what was offered.

The breakfast consisted of cold bagels and a bowl of oranges , not even a true continental breakfast.

Clean sheets and clean toilets , we had to ask for housekeeping to clean our splattered toilet left by previous guest
