Hope Inn

They do not have a breakfast at all, didn't even have anyone working in the morning. Had very many problems. The rooms were filthy. I mean filthy. Clearly not cleaned. Other people's clothes under the bed, dead bugs everywhere and trash left behind. There is not a pool at all, we could not use the bathroom in one room at all, just a completely horrible experience. Owners are unreachable the whole time.

It was a peaceful and comfortable spot.

We had no remote control for the t.v....... only one towel to bathe with and the staff that checked us in was very rude toward my boyfriend.

It was very quiet

The tv didn't get but 6 channels. The A/C wouldn't work at first. We finally figured out the outlet was bad and tripped the plug. They didn't give us any towels. Just a wash cloth. I had to go ask for towels to dry myself. It was completely non-refundable, so we were rather stuck for 2 nights.

Well lit parking lot. Clean comfortable bed.

No hot water. Room very dirty especially the bathtub. Room smelled musty old and of cigarette smoke.

The room was stuck in the 40’s. The refrigerator should be up off the floor for us crippled people that can’t bend over like that. Staff that I encountered had an attitude. Office was locked and couldn’t return key, so I had to hunt down housekeeping to give the key to them. Took forever for the hot water to come through.
