Nothing hit something when i pulled in blew my tire then there was roches bed bugs and the drains did not drain

The bathroom had a noisy fan the room was not clean no one serviced my room at all while I was there

It was a bed to sleep for the night and that’s about it.

Electric wires loose and all across the room taped to the floor, near the sink. TV didn’t work. Cobwebs everywhere. Half of a toilet roll left to use. The staff weren’t there when we arrived and didn’t answer when we called the number provided, when they did arrive they seemed like it was an inconvenience to them and would rather be anywhere else. Had no customer service skills at all. No breakfast service even though it was included in the booking with no alternative option given. I understand this is a budget place to stay by you still expect a certain level of standard to be met by the staff, safety and cleanliness.

The price and location

Cleanliness and functionality of some room features. Toilet stopped up, had to move rooms, new room smelled of smoke, other room had musty smell, so.w outlets didn't work, some lights didn't work.
