Filthy room!

I have already contacted customer service. The TV did not work and the Tub did not work so we could not take a shower.

Old, dirty and worn out. Room not cleaned for the three days that I was there. Shower did not work, I told this to the staff, but nothing was done about it.

Hurricane evacuation stay. Traffic delayed arrival and staff was very accomodating.

Could not reach hotel by phone. It appeared they could call out but not receive calls.

The price for the stay matched the type of the hotel.

There was a passthrough air vent under the window A/C. Lack of privacy as you heard the outside noise easily.

The price bed was comfy

No pool like stated no breakfast no ice toilet to low bathroom did not have space big enough for safety. Had to get my own toilet paper. Had to ask for towels there was only 1 set in room for 2 people dust and dirt on lamps not many tv stations.

I am COMPLETELY pissed off with this establishment! On the site it does not say that it closes at 11 pm. I had to work late and was expecting to have a nice bed. I had my arrival time set for between 2pm and 12 am I got here at 1130 pm. I want a refund. It's not fair that I get here between my arrival time and they didn't even bother to call and say that they close at 11!!!
