Great location and great staff!!! parking lot was exceptional and appreciated that there was no charge. Hotel the location is awesome, loved that there was a shuttle pick up right outside.

The bed need replacing - extremely uncomfortable. The whole faucet in the kitchen is about to fall off. The hot water was off in the kitchen, we turned it on. Some of the outlets were loose and need to be tightened.

It was hot at night I think a simple solution would be a fan in the room as the ceiling fan is not enough

I felt the hotel stay was over-priced for what you got

When booking I searched for pet friendly hotel rooms. When I booked the room, I indicated that I was bringing a pet. The hotel accepted my reservation, but then told me I could not bring the dog and refused to cancel my reservation. The hotel admitted that the website says pet friendly and said they were trying to fix it. But still charged me more than $1,000 for the reservation. Do not trust this hotel, it's a scam.

Location was excellent. Less than a 10 min walk to the lifts!

There was a smell like dog doodoo in one area in front of fridge. Maybe needs carpet cleaning? One little hot tub for all the guests is too small. It was constantly jammed with people.
