Western Inn & Suites Hampton

Location is great for Atlanta Motor Speedway, staff super helpful

Beds are hard as a rock. My room key also stopped working a few times but the staff was super helpful

The two good things were closeness to Speedway, and television.

Bare minimum of amenities. No coffee in room and stingy on coffee in lobby. No Kleenex, hairdryer didn't work. No information on hours of breakfast. When checking out I made verbal comments to person but then she didn't come to counter until I rang the bell. Rude.

Beds were a little uncomfortable. Pillows were flat (old) and could not fluff to increase comfort.

Quiet. Staff was very professional. Well maintained on the outside.

To be honest the building needs a bit of a remodel the correct way. Not so much as just patch jobs. Shower had leaks behind the wall from shower head. Beds were very hard and pillows were flat as a pancake.

Close to Atlanta motor speedway

Sink didn’t drain, fridge was very nasty, bed was hard I think the smoke detector or something on the wall was missing with wires hanging out

I was there for the reac this weekend and it was very nice place

Location location location

There was a smell to the room

It was ok location is great

Price and they could use more vending

Hotel refused to let me check in because my employer has booked the hotel for me.
