I asked for a non-smoking room, and we were given a room that smelled really bad to smoke, we arrived late and tired and did not have the mood to argue so we stayed there. I would not recommend anybody to stay here. The doors did not properly close and the whole room smelled horrible. Breakfast was awful, more like bad coffee, cheap bread, cheap pastries and dirty.

The A/C was cold and the shower water was hot. The TV worked fine.

Staff was confused and indifferent. The walls were dirty and stained. The pillows were trash and flat. The toilet was clogged on arrival. the entire place smelled like weed the whole time. The comforter was pilled and worn. Huge gap under the door you could see the hallway through. Felt very unsafe. Felt very old.

The neighborhood was safe and we didn't see any bugs in the hotel. That was about everything good we could say.

I walked in the lobby just to check in, and when I got back to the car, my husband said I reeked of smoke. The whole hotel stunk, to include our non-smoking room. Although I paid on booking.com, the hotel said I still owed them for taxes.
