The hotel is extremely clean and new! The receptionist was very polite. The hotel location is also good, everything is walking distance, shopping mall, restaurants.. Good Breakfast !

The hotel is a modern structure, very clean and practical, situated in a good location and in a very nice area . The room was large and comfortable. The best aspect is the extremely kind and professional staff.

The room had no windows and the breakfast is not particularly appealing. The structure is modern and functional but has no charme.

Everything it is a new hotel. Everything is new spotless. Aziz, Samandar, and Amir top Frontline hosts. Very calm. Spoke and understood very good English. Very hospitable. Offered cold water as I just stepped in. Got initial check in very quick. The who places smells fresh with light frgrance of oud. Not the head hurting one. Attention to detail it amazing. The room was massive. Massive bathroom. They are like a family room size. Very near to shopping malls. I can't fault room, hotel and service was outstanding. The hosts were very diligent like everyone in the hotel to help. The breakfast was delicious nice and hot. Everything was provided. I would definitely recommend this place to family friends any travelers solo going to Samarkand. I felt very special there. The hotel out does its pictures.

Nothing. They have it to a T. The team the product. And the facilities they provide. Good work team. Thank you very much I was very lucky to stay with you.
