Very good hotel. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was also in high level. Recommend to come this hotel

Breakfast very good, staff very helpful, nice hotel

No lift

The breakfast was beyond our expectations. The front desk was helpful with our questions including help finding taxi.

The hot water in the shower was not very hot.

The hotel is located in the city center but is still quiet. The sights can be reached in just a few minutes by taxi. Positive was the young man at reception, who was really very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately the hotel does not meet European or international standards. We had a completely oversized room that was absolutely carelessly furnished. Most of the rooms in this hotel don't have a window and are dark dungeons, an absolute no-go. The breakfast was inedible for Europeans. The TV was not working the entire time we were there (4 nights). Despite repeated complaints, they were not interested in a remedy. The management has absolutely no idea how to run a hotel! All in all, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to any European.

They could not find my reservation, took 1 hour. Standard rooms are without window. No fresh air, no daylight. Lux rooms (paid extra) has a window but it is impossible to open it (locked). Overpriced.

We liked everything, the room, the staff and the delicious breakfast

The room is spacious and very clean

The location is a bit far ( by walking) from the city centre
