Nice location near to registan 15 min walk.receptionists staff was very helpful and friendly nature he arrange taxi for us . Overall experience is good .

Breakfast was good, but repetitive. Location was okay, in a nice neighbourhood. Room was large, as booked. Staff were brilliant and went out of their way to help and was the best thing about this hotel.

The room was large.

The large room was very inadequately furnished - half of it was empty. No sofa or easy chairs. None of the standard rooms have any window opening outside making the rooms dark and dingy. We were slightly lucky because we had a deluxe room which had a small glass pane facing the street. But even that was not a window. The staff speaks very little English and were unable or unwilling to provide helpful information beyond the basic. The breakfast is repetitive and boring and they can make eggs only as fried eggs. The hotel was empty when we arrived and had very low occupancy later. Yet the prices were very high. The hotel is located in a nice area but away from the tourist attractions. Not good value for money.

The hotel's location is outstanding, situated near many key attractions. The customer service is very good, and I would definitely recommend the hotel. The price is very reasonable,

I recommend that travelers bring their own bidet shower.
