Очень приятные сотрудники. Носят чемоданы, дали номер подальше от других гостей, чтобы было тише, предложили апгрейд номера. Номера большие, в восточном стиле, тихие. Завтрак вкусный. Есть столики на улице перед отелем, чтобы попить кофе

"A jewel in Samarkand"

The reception staff were really friendly and very helpful. They organised a one day excursion to Shakhrisabaz, which was wonderful and very good driver. It was worth it for the ride through the mountains and only $60. This was the alternative to the 7 lakes tour in Tajikistan, which sadly I couldn't do as I needed a visa. Very knowledgeable staff, one spoke especially good English, recommending excellent places to eat. The breakfast was the best yet in Uzbekistan. They also gave me a free upgrade on arrival, so nice to have a bath.

Хороший, просторный номер, чистый с новым ремонтом.

Все очень хорошо, но матрасы на кроватях жесткие, не очень удобные
