Hotel Marakanda

Très bel hôtel au calme et idéalement situé avec un personnel aux petits soin qui réagit immédiatement pour rendre le séjour agréable ; surclassés et parfaitement pris en charge, nous avons pleinement profité d'un petit déjeuner satisfaisant dans une ambiance sereine. Top !

Seul petit bémol : prendre un petit déjeuner en sous sol mais rien de grave c'est un goût personnel

Были с мамой пару дней назад. Нам с мамой очень понравилось проживание в этом отеле. Номер был просторный, очень чистый, с приятной атмосферой. Особенно хочется отметить персонал — все были очень доброжелательные, внимательные и гостеприимные, создавали ощущение уюта и заботы. Завтрак вкусный и разнообразный. Расположение отеля отличное — в самом центре города, удобно добираться до всех главных достопримечательностей.

The hotel is in the old Russian part of the town. if you decide to walk from Registan it would probably take about 30-40 minutes. You find yourself surrounded by the old building from the late 19th-early 20th century. The hotel is okay - the rooms are large. The breakfast was also okay. The staff was absolutely amazing - when we were leaving they helped us with the luggage and the taxi driver.

Bed mattress might require a bit of the upgrade/investment. We asked for additional duvets. Otherwise, everything was good

Location and Design

1st - A/C was completely shocked, we told the receptionist fix it or at least Clean the Filter, there was weak air waves. 2- No shower hose for the toilet seat. 3- trash bin in toilet wasn't cleaned and wasn't emptied. 4- we told the receptionist to change the mattress, they offered us to change room but I saw the room was very small compared the first. 5- (the most disgusting thing) I told the receptionist to was my clothes. I gave him in two bags, later in same day at the evening I received the shirts and there were partially wet and not ironed, my clothes were completely curly, I regret that I paid 140,000 uzbek som. 6- poor quality of tissues. 7- underrated English skills. 8- I am not sure about this one, seems I got food poisonous from their breakfast and was so limited. 9- The most Rate I would give minus 10-- when I came for check-in and check-out seems was alright, when I went to Tashkent after driving for +5 hours, I arrived at Tashkent hotel, we found out the markanda hotel didn't even make a check-in and check-out registration, thier number ended by 11 was not receiving any of my and hotels' calls. Till hardly answered from their 2nd number, I couldn't even register my next hotel. So I kept waiting in the street until markanda register for 1 day. 10- Lastly I dont recommend this horrible hotel.

Amazing staff, great place and very friendly.

Location and friendly frond desk staff.

Room cleaning service was missing for a day, I had to ask the front desk to replace used towels and shower gels.

The entire facility, room size, cleanness, breakfast, and staff.

Bed were little hard in my room. Bath tub faucet was leaking making mess on the floor after shower.
