Could have more vegan options for breakfast

We loved the location. We stayed in the room called Gabi and wow, the view from the balcony couldn’t really be beaten! The WiFi was pretty good, we loved the pool and there are a bunch of restaurants nearby so a good choice of food!

The only downside (it wasn’t an issue for us) was the amount of stairs to the room, but this is well documented in the hotels description.

Un poco ruidos temprano y al atardecer. La música chill ayuda a disfrutar y crear un ambiente de relax, pero a veces es mejor escuchar el ruido del mar.

The noise and breakfast

The view is breathtaking. The staff is very friendly. The mango and banana pancakes at breakfast were the best! Our room was very high and we had a lot of steps to get to it. I thought this would be a problem but when we got there it was not, the staff helped us with our luggage at arrival and departure. This is a 1000 stars place!

Overall we liked our stay at this hotel. Localisation is perfect - on beautifull beach, near restaurants and bars, but still quiet in the evenings. Staff is really nice and helpful. We stayed at room Hapon - on the top of the hill, so there were many ( approx. 200) steps from the beach. But I treated it as a small exercise, and liked it :) hudge plus for fresh towels daily, they smelled really good :) breakfast is quite poor in options, so I had only fruits, but they were delicious. And there are few restaurants nearby to buy something else.

Sliding windows to the room which have lock and are treated as door- it was very problematic. We had constant issues with opening them and closing from the inside. They should be replaced. What was the worst for me during stay - that the room wasn’t isolated properly from outside. We could hear everything - someone watering plants behind our room at 7 am, birds, dogs, people training at the beach from 6 am, music, street noises. I had to sleep with Airpods in my ears few times…

We can not say enough great things about Mua Tala!! It exceeded our expectations by leaps and bounds. Everything was phenomenal!! Especially the staff who took such great care of us during some health issues. They went above and beyond getting us medical care and providing room service, especially since we were in the very highest room.

There was nothing we didn’t like, even being at the very top with many steps to climb.
