The improvements are getting better and better.

No on site restaurant or snack area.

the room including the toiltet and bath can do with a real deep clean and scrub.

The room is spacious. It is near a mall so you can get your food from there. It's also a walking distance to the campus.

The room was near a hall where an event seems to be happening. We can hear the noise from that hall in our room. The TV remote doesn't register when you are in bed. You need to use it at a certain angle near the TV. There is a tree blocking the view in the balcony

Friendly and courteous staff; disposable slippers and robes (we didn't use).

So many ants in the room! They attacked all food left on the tables (they came from nowhere and crawled on all 3 tables in the room). Also, we didn't sleep on the bed sheet as it's STAINED all over (not just one section). Don't know if they have been changed. Both nights we slept on top of the bedcover and endured sleeping without a cover. There's only 1 bath towel each (no face towel or foot towel to dry your feet after showering). There were no drapes or curtains and the glass door leading to the balcony was covered with cling plastic (to compensate for lack of drapes) but the edges have been cut due to mold growth.
