The staff were friendly and accomodating. Facilities were very good. The air con was cool.

There were on going renovations.

Room was large enough to accommodate all three of us. It was clean and comfortable.

We were required to pay cash at check-in instead of charging the card we used for reservation; what if we did not have enough cash? This was very upsetting; it messed up our cash-on-hand reserves. No small refrigerator. The room looked very much like a dormitory room; the sheets were too well-used and not anymore white as they should be.

There was no breakfast. The room was good and clean and comfortable. Excellent value. The WiFi and hot water and comfortable bed are important and this hotel met all of my expectations.

Quiet and comfy say near to establishments and parking.

1) Untiled pathway at the ground floor, it should be properly covered and with ⚠️ signage. 2) Mall management should strategize new business tenants (gov't, NGOs & telco satellite agencies/branches, current trendy shops, etc) so that people will come to the mall and business will pick up again.
