"clean room but outside cleanliness needs improvement"

the room was clean and nice. there was slight odor in the toilet though

the location. the parking area had trash can with flies and everything was just messy and dusty

The location is superb. You got all you want by simply walking. coffee shops, supermarket, convenient stores, local sari-sari stores, restaurants,laundry shop, bars, cake shop. A prime location for a town like Los Banos. Checked out 3 other hotel/resort to stay, rate are almost the same but the facilities kinda old and size of the area are smaller than Centrro Residences. Plus the staff are very welcoming.

Room is big, bed is comfy, you have the best view of Mt. Makiling Except for the PUBLIC areas - elevator is dirty and the foyer and hallways. No service water.
