Quản lý chổ nghỉ tên Thuỷ Tiên đã gọi điện thoại lừa tôi rằng đang bị cúp điện đến sáng mai mới có, nhờ tôi huỷ booking khi tôi đang ở xa và đang trên đường tới Huế. Tôi quyết định đến nhà nghỉ để xác minh chuyện cúp điện thì được biết khu vực này không hề bị cúp điện, tiếp tân thì giải thích máy lạnh bị hư, quản lý sau đó lại nói hư đường nước máy nước nóng; lúc tôi tới thì đã sửa xong và đã cho người khác thuê rồi. Sau đó bên chổ nghỉ yêu cầu tôi tự đi tìm phòng ở chổ khác trong lúc bên ngoài trời mưa dầm dề vào khoảng 18.40 ngày 11/03/2026.
