This hotel offers a private beach area at an associated hotel’s grounds, which is 1.2 mi away. A free shuttle service is available. Parasols and sun loungers are rented out for a surcharge. "Nice place to stay"

nice hotel for adults and children. good entertainment. the staff are friendly. Ulukan is good at entertaining children and adults. good entertainment every night for the kids, they love it. cleaning in the rooms is fine. the buffet in the restaurant is nice, but much of the same every day.

The value for money was excellent. Everything was pretty clean, really lovely staff all round. Location is excellent loved the pool area(s) and the free private beach.

The food selection was not the best even though it was expected for the money we paid. TV’s are outdated although this wasn’t much of an issue as we only stayed 2 nights. There isnt much to dislike about this hotel. Perfect for families and groups.

Staff was nice and responsive! friendly and helpful. I recieved one unfriendly compment from a staff member which was about my nationality that I did not appreciate. Saying "This hotel is for europeans only" when he knew I was Algerian. I didn't report it or anything, but if the staff manager reads this, maybe they should have a briefing for their staff on such comments for future residents!
