Calimera Sunpark Alanya - Former Sunpark Garden Hotel

Brilliant weeks stay at Sunpark Garden. The rooms are immaculate and we upgraded to all inclusive while staying due to convenience and the food was amazing. Bilal always gave us amazing service, thank you! The pools were fantastic we hardly left the hotel due to having such a lovely time and having everything we needed right here. A special thank you to Zehra from the animation team. She made the kids stay unforgettable. They loved spending time in the kids club with Zehra doing puzzles and games and crafts and had lots of fun at the mini disco every evening! Zehra went above and beyond to ensure the kids were having a great time! A big thank you from Nylah and Reuben!

On arrival, the staff were cheerful, very helpful, and efficient; I was in my room within five minutes. The food has been some of the best I've had in a hotel. The catering staff really know what they are doing; I have never seen as many smiles, mainly from Gülizar. I will be coming back to this hotel; it was so relaxing.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Ese and Zehra at Sunpark Garden for creating such fun and engaging kids' activities! My kids absolutely loved it. And a massive thank you to Ayse, our housekeeper, for keeping our room spotless. Your attention to detail was amazing

Best hotell in Alanya. We have been her since 2018 and we always come back. Super service and Nice Staff who really make our holiday perfekt. Cengis,Hassan Melis, Nisa ,Aikan, Bilal,sedat and Abdulla is the best. We will always come back here to have holiday

Best hotel in Alanya,Hasan and Sunpark team is great services.Managment is exelent,Best bed and food.Milksake is the best in the bar.Great shop Memet is very help full.Reseption always smil and is very helpfull.

We had a wonderful time at the Sunpark Garden Hotel. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the complex offers everything you could need, and you have the city's flair right on your doorstep without being surrounded by other hotels. A big compliment also goes to the kitchen; the food was excellent. I would also like to thank the attentive service team and send my best wishes to Temmuz. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Service was fast and efficient—you never had to wait long for your order. The food was varied and delicious, with several days featuring excellent steaks. One thing that really stood out was the cleanliness of the cutlery—something that’s unfortunately not always the case in many other hotels. Here, the staff clearly takes extra care and inspects everything after washing. The pools were clean and well-kept, and the water slides were open all day, which was a big plus. A particularly thoughtful touch was the small steps placed at the bar, allowing younger children to independently order their own drinks—our kid loved it! We highly recommend choosing the all-inclusive option. It’s well worth it, especially for families: the kids enjoyed unlimited ice cream, and adults had access to tasty cocktails and other drinks throughout the day. The only minor downside was that there’s no indoor restaurant, so all dining takes place on the terrace. Not a big issue, but something to be aware of depending on the weather. We heard the hotel is going to be renovated soon, so it’s likely to get even better. Overall, highly recommended!
