Calimera Sunpark Alanya - Former Sunpark Garden Hotel

We stayed here early june for 11 days a family of four. 2 adults and 2 kids. Location - excellent base to see Alanya, shuttle service to the beach. Not a long walk down to the main strip. Room - The room 501 was spectacular, such a lovely view excellent size and very clean. Microwave and fridge in the room. Also has a stove under the sink if needed. Staff - friendly staff and couldn’t do enough very helpful. House keeping was great and always did a really good job. Food - we were half board great breakfast choice from pancakes, omelette and large variety of fruit. Dinner was good always something to eat. Animation - absolutely excellent they really go above and beyond for the kids and try and get everyone involved! The kids really enjoyed it. The only thing i would say is the towels that are only changed every three days is bit of a concern regarding hygiene, especially in the hot weather and showering multiple times. This should be adjusted and towels should be available when people require them. Would happily come back! Thanks for a lovely time!

I think is a good hotel all people shall join this hotel good food and good personal service god for kids and the family god pool and they help you if you need need it

EVERYTHING was perfect, Location was great, Staff was really helpful and kind. Room was much more than I expected, Breakfast had good selection. and the food was spot on. This hotel will definitely be the one we return to when visiting Alanya

I was on my way to drive my son to airport from 500km away so it was easy choice cos we have been there before.

My son who did have a 4h flight ahead couldn't use shower in my room before the flight. Instead they offer 25€ option to use other shower.

I spent 12 nights in this hotel on all inclusive basis. Where all inclusive was just a dream. In offer on the hotel website they mentioned that alcohol beverages are made with Smirnoff but in fact was done only from local Russian branded vodka. Loads drunk people around pool who are caused hazard to other sober people.Food was okay. Variety of dish. Helpful staff.€50 for late check out is a bit overpriced for 2 more hours until transfer.

Me, my wife and my son all had a great time. genuinely the best hotel I've stayed at in turkey so far, absolutely recommend for families, couples or even if you're travelling alone. staff are very friendly and accommodate what you need, I particularly liked the pool opening and closing times, even in October the pool was open from 8am right up until 7 pm! Which is just unheard of in most hotels especially this time of year, absolutely great experience. not one thing to complain about and I do like to complain. 🤣 WILL be coming back here at some point no doubt about it. Our only slight slight problem was we never got all inclusive because of previous experiences, but they include cocktails! Not just bog standard beers and wines and raki lol, if your a drinker or even if your not get all inclusive because the room service is even free! (I triple checked) You only pay for the price of the actual food (if not all inclusive). Personal rating 10/10 i genuinely could not find anything to complain about.

If you book a half board, the drinks are not provided, even water. And we are a family with the 2 years child. And even for a child it is not provided. So, you need to buy it extra. If you want a towel for a pool, you need to buy it for 3 euros. And if it becomes dirty, you need to change it and buy again and pay again 3 euros. Extra again. If you want to participate in their evening shows like Bingo, you need to pay (yes, again, and you are still their guest in the hotel, it is crazy!) A lot of extra payments. Also we had a cockroach in our room. The room was dirty. Nobody helped and solved this problem, so my recommendation is never book a room in Sun Park Garden.
