Field View 2 bed 'S'- Sycamore

В Ясмин отдыхала второй раз, первый раз в 2023 и сейчас уже в 2026. Очень радует, что с годами отель не становится хуже. В номерах всё в рабочем состоянии, чисто, комфортно, а вид из номера был шикарный. Территория отеля потрясающая. Кухня очень очень вкусная. Я не любитель экспериментировать и обязательно вернусь ещё раз туда, где было хорошо. Ну и конечно для такого сервиса цена очень приемлемая.

Le personnel était exceptionnel : toujours à l’écoute, disponible et très attentionné. Le directeur s’est montré particulièrement aimable et compréhensif. À la suite d’un petit problème rencontré durant notre séjour, il a pris le temps de nous écouter et nous a accordé un geste commercial très apprécié. La nourriture était également de bonne qualité, avec un large choix et une belle variété de plats .

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est assez éloigné du centre-ville, et il est regrettable qu’aucune navette gratuite ne soit mise à disposition pour faciliter les déplacements. Dans l’ensemble, l’hôtel est agréable, mais à notre avis, il ne correspond pas tout à fait aux standards d’un établissement 5 étoiles mais plutôt à 4 étoiles.

I liked the overall experience - it was just ok. Hotel is clean, Staff is nice and kind for the most part, facilities are nice and there is a lot of ameneties

Gym is very dated - 10-15 y old, 2 leg machines do not work others you can fix the seat, there is a golf cart driving people to rooms on the hill top - my father did not like that he is 75, did not want to walk or be driven in golf cart, or wait for the golf cart so i asked for a room change, went to reception multiple times and did not get an answer. Meals are well cooked, quality ingreedients but meals have changed very little for 12 days, same breakfast, same lunch same dinner - or similar.
