Field View 2 bed 'S'- Sycamore

The facilities were great, lots of pools, tennis courts, private beach and a nice bar etc.

The rooms weren’t very clean, the public spaces such as the toilets were very dirty and far below what I would expect for a 5*. In addition to cleanliness, the main issue we had was the food. I made staff aware that I am a coeliac (gluten free) and there was very little available with poor labelling. My friend and I had a pretty limited diet as a result of the food available.

It’s so beautiful. The staff are so welcoming and amiable. Good music and vibes at the pool and the beach bars.

There was no A/C in the main dining room. So everyone ate outside - thank god it was nice out. But it was so hot inside. Also there were long lines for the food when we were there - highly understaffed. We had ants in our room.

No way is this hotel 5 star. We left five days early as it was so poor. Not clean at all. First room had hard scum in the bath and everything dirty. Even the hotel agreed this was not acceptable. Tables in dining areas not wiped down. Food stains on tables at breakfast from night before. Hot food was cold, even if you were first to it. Stray cats walking across buffet and eating food. VIP sun loungers had cigarette ends all over them first thing in the morning. Some helpful staff but a lot of staff not so.

Beautiful location

Rooms not very clean and very little English spoken. Food catered for Turkish and queues for BBQ were 30 minutes at times.
