Only the rooms was refurbished. And nothing else in the hotel. I stayed there last summer and came back again with my family and friends and had 7 rooms in total. We were disappointed that the hotel wasn’t refurbished as mentioned to us apart from the room. Food was very basic and reparative. And there was 3 days on a row where we lost electricity for few minutes

It was clean but not super clean( glasses, forks, spoons)

The manager Ezo was really helpful but all the staff was unprofessional and zero service minded.

The view

The seaview was very nice but expected.

For the first time ever, I was looking forward to going home from this resort. This place is not family friendly at all, with music playing until 12:30AM, my child could not go to sleep and was crying from being overtired. We were given rubbish rooms next to a kitchen restaurant with a balcony that flooded due to the poorly fitted water sprinklers. This was common throughout the resort. We were then given a new room but the facilities were not working. The shower would not drain, the vent was very poor in both bathrooms and smelt of damp. There was a jacuzzi that was unusable because when you tried to drain the water, the bathroom would flood. There is a common dirty drain smell inside the hotel which is everywhere you go. The staff were very hit and miss, mostly inattentive. The room service was really poor, the cleaning was not good and amenities were never replenished. We were not given the most basic amenities such as toothbrush and tissue, which is part of paying for an all inclusive. Furthermore, the build of the hotel is very bad, far away from all the main facilities unless you want to stay next to the kitchen where you will hear dishes and plates being banged around all day and night. Most of the staff don’t understand or speak English so it was very hard to communicate what we needed. The spa is very conniving, they were unwilling to let guests know that THE STEAM ROOM, SAUNA AND HAMMAM IS FREE TO USE. They always tried to sell you a package to use the spa but actually it is free, and the treatments aren’t very good. There is a woman at the spa, white with long blonde/white hair and a very bad facelift. She was very rude and racist towards coloured guests and looked down her nose if you refused to buy a treatment from the subpar packages. It was too expensive for what they were providing. The indoor pool is dirty and isn’t cleaned overnight apart from a chlorine treatment to the pool.

The rooms are up in the mountains so you need to take shuttle to get there and it is not really available at night. There is not so many international people there and mostly local people staying there. Staff are not friendly. They look tired of tourists and they are not welcoming

It’s not the same room that I saw in booking pictures I didn’t like the food ( worst food, I have never seen in my life ) Bad service Bad location ( too far ) The air conditioner is no working at all even the restaurant too hot ( like a hamam ) this last force us to keep the balcony opened wish let us exposed to stinging insects Honestly it’s not a 5 stars hotel it should be 1 star or less In bar : no choices ( when you ask for something from the bar menu every time the barman said it’s finish . even though you ask it in the beginning of the day. In restaurants: every day, we find the same food too and too salty About the dessert lot of same cake with different colore 😂 so x100 bad … I ll be stopping here cause everything is bad in that hotel

Exteremly dirty bathroom and shower. We asked for two tween beds but didn’t get them dirty towels no tissue box no soup dish Not good quality of food

My bed bathrooms shower. Room phone not working. Had to go a long way and two different elevators to the front fest to ask for everything Never had such an experience before
