Lunch time - crowded, due to hot weather (mostly all guests seat inside)

Ants all over the room-an army of ants appeared on table top. Cleanliness very very poor. Very old fixtures. Safe box too small. No seating in one of the rooms. TV tooooo small. Not enough English channels or international news channels etc etc I can keep writing

The hotel was very nice, especially the food was very tasty and the drinks were very good "Especially the worker Mustafa in the lobby bar was very nice to us" The beach and pools are very pleasant to swim in I recommend this place to anyone looking for a family holiday full of activities, as there are many activities daily

As for the ground rooms, they were not clean, but they understood when I asked for a good cleaning of the room, and they re-cleaned it as it should. I also didn't like that two workers came to me and started cleaning the table before I finished eating The service at the restaurant at the beach was not good at all

The food was varied. The reception staff was helpful .

1. There was no Wi-Fi at home the club room( you have to set at home the lobby to connect to Wi-Fi. 2. The riders of golf car was uncooperative to transfer you to your room at the middle of the way they said there is no charge of the golf car 3. The room was very dirty 4. The bathroom was very very dirty and the sink tap and the shower tap was corrosive (I I bought a hygiene kit to wash and clean the bathroom ) 5. The furniture of the room was very old and the pillows were old and had awful smell. 6. I booked massage the workers weren’t professional and the place that you make massages in was noisy all the sound can be heard at the massage room.
