Field View 2 bed 'S'- Sycamore

Amazing location. Beautiful nature, sea, views. Hotel itself is an hour away from the airport and about 40 minutes away from tourist places. Food was good, huge choice. Staff were really trying to make your stay comfy. Especially if you booked activities, cabanas and A la cart restaurants.

Room cleaning is a major problem. Clean towels, toilet paper and even a clean sheet were hard to get. Overall for me this is not really 5 stars but we had a fabulous time as a group of 6 friends. As a family with kids I would have been a little more upset with such service

I liked the view, the beach and the outdoor

the resort was not clean enough. the restaurant and the rooms were not that clean.

Facilities were supper nice. We were very happy with the staff. They were very polite, nice and caring. Food was good but could be better in my taste.

Rooms were not clean specially toilet. Toilets in the facility close to the crowded places needed to get cleaned more often.

The food and pools.

The room, which was stripped of many fittings, and was ready to be remodelled. For some reason, we were in it, and booking.com said we can not help, we only sell hotel rooms and don't care what the rooms look like. They said the hotel will help you out they didn't. Despite many messages, we have never got a reply from them. Be careful with booking.com and this hotel. My brother booked with easyjet holidays and got a refund. Try there, it's not just about the money for them. Booking.com is great, unless there is a problem. They just don't care. We are still waiting for the hotel to reply, but expect them not to reply, just like booking.com, they get the money and from that moment on, they don't care about you.

Nice Beach. Good kids club.

Dirty toilets. Dirty towels. Overpriced Supermarket and SPA.

great for kids lots of things to do. good entertainment and even a games room.

internet is really poor. no air conditioning in common areas
