1 - I booked a room for 3 adults and messaged them to make sure the room will be for 3 grown adults they confirmed yes. When I arrived they gave me room for 2 and a tiny sofa for a baby and asked me to pay extra for additional bed. Had to waste 2 full hours at the reception arguing thank god I had the message from the property saying the room is for 3. In the end they shaved one extra smelly bed so we couldn't even walk in the room as there was no space. 2 -The room was cleaned only the first 2 days and we stayed 7 days no one came to clean the room for the remaining 5 days, we complained to the reception and the manager and still nothing had to borrow toilet roll from the next door room. 3 - For food it doesn't matter if it is breakfast, lunch or dinner they were never replacing the eaten stuff so if you go 15 mins late the food is gone or you have to queue on the barbeque for 45 mins to get one piece of meat. 4 - No one spoke English not even the reception we had to translate everything on google. 5 - No wifi in the room as well, you will have internet only in the lobby. 5 - Do not recommend it for single girls as men in the resort were soo creepy and saying inappropriate stuff. The SPA manager was giving us the chills and then insulted us for not wanting to visit the SPA he called us snobby, stupid and poor (extremely rude). DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL I cannot even call it resort

Very helpful and friendly staff

The hotel has a very big territory, 2 outside pools, spa, fitness center. Everyday there are activities and a show in the evening. Sea was a little bit cold but very clean during our stay. We had a comfortable room with a sea view. The cleaning was done everyday. The food is very delicious and various. The drinks are free, also alcoholic.

I didn’t like that there was no iron in the room, only possibility was to give clothes to the special service which is not free. The bathroom was not very clean due to its age, no complaints about cleaning team.

Staff is great, good restaurants, many pools, good sea shore.

No wi fi in club houses, the wifi is only available around the main building area. The spa experience, a turkish bath specifically is no good. Passable, but surprisingly not good.
