Transportation / no english speaking staff / I once found my room door open whne i came back from outside / when I ordered cheese burger it was smelling and was bad

We really liked the hotel, especially food was amazing with a large variety of dishes. The beach was clean and neat and the sea was just beautiful. The staff is very friendly and responsive. Especially I would like to thank Dilce from Guest Relations for her attentive attitude towards the guests. Also thanks to Javid for his assistance.

There is no wi fi in club rooms which is very disappointing

Great resort and facilities. So many activities, You don't have to step out. A huge variety of food was available. Has a private beach area.

Room quality could be better, Bathroom needs an upgrade. Little far from the main Bodrum city.

Facilities are amazing, lots to do with the family, great buffet service, clean and modern.

Rooms were very basic and location of Garden view rooms were average.
