I like all the activities and facilities

Room cleaning was too poor especially the toilet, it needed to change.

Really friendly staff, grest facilities and communal areas and facilities were very good!

Element in the room was not quite 5* but overall very good resort, made by very friendly staff

The place is beautiful , the beach was amazing,the staff are wonderful, our stay was amazing , we enjoyed to maximum

The cleaning service wasn’t that good , the rooms wasn’t that clean, but ok , not catastrophic The coffee machines in the main restaurant are too busy , and not all the time there are mugs , and if the machine broke down takes long time to fix it

Thanks for Sharif and Dijla, without their support we couldn’t stay at the hotel 😊 Weather was amazing!

Air-condition at the rooms is very bad, also, very limited food varieties, doesn’t worth paying for all-inclusive rate, transport to city and back too expensive.

The location of the resort, the nice entertainment at night and the cleanliness

There was no life guards by the pools that I noticed and the relax pool was full of kids jumping and disturbing us.
