I liked that I was able to get my room changed once it was noted I had a room that was infested with termites.

The room cleaning was not up to par. The room decor was on the 2 star appearance. My first room had missing knobs, no ironing board, termites infestation, key hole was broken so you can look through the hole, they had termite powder all around the room. The furniture was vey very very unacceptable and was the quality of a cheap hourly motel.

The only good thing I can say is the bedding was clean.

We had to pay for two nights parking but when we came back later in the evening all of the parking marked for the hotel were full with cars that did not have parking permits in their windows. We had to park very far away and got a parking ticket on top of my husband being disabled and barely made it back.I'm guessing they were all at the huge party at the pool which had a sign that it closed at 9. However, the VERY loud music and yelling went on way later than 9. In the morning we were going to chance taking a shower in the repainted bathtub (paint was chipped) but there was absolutely no hot water. Breakfast was two blocks away and was disgusting toasters were filthy and one didn't even work. It was the worst experience I have had at any hotel. The owners have some nerve charging the rates they do and now on top of it I have to pay a parking ticket.
