There were nothing in the kitchen and empty fridge meaning not even a bottle of water as a complementary also I ask for the strip on the door the be fix twice and no one showed up had to fix it myself

Fiquei com medo por causa das avaliações sobre essa rede de hotéis mas Achei um ótimo custo benefício, eu só não fiquei no seagull fiquei no flamingos.. foi uma ótima estada, quartos bons e limpos

o café da manhã é servido de uma forma diferente mas não é um ponto negativo e não tem os utensílios para a cozinha nos quartos tem q pegar na recepção..

The staff was excellent! The general manager was fantastic and he deserves a huge raise for all the crap he deals with daily! The room was very clean, comfortable and so accessible for mobility challenged people. The pools were beautiful and clean, the grounds were beautiful and clean and every single employee was doing something. The location was fantastic for walking to whatever you want.

I was a little shocked at the cost of parking for a week, but to be fair I've never experienced Hollywood Beach before. I'm used to hotels with free parking. And I drove around the block a couple of times looking for the Seagull only to find it's called Hollywood Beach hotel! It's really confusing and not just for me. Other people were equally confused.

Kuddos to James for a great stay. This place is a hidden gem. We will sure be back
