Not the property itself. Being close to the Beach & Broadwalk of Hollywood Beach.

A 2 hr wait in the hot sun to check-in Their check-in system needs a complete overhaul. In the future I would not book with any Hollywood Hotels property. Site said 5 pools but none at our property. Also continental breakfast but not at our hotel. It was 3 blocks away at another that they owned. Completely misinformed by the booking. I did not share this information upon check out with the worry of not receiving my $100.00 deposit returned. I checked out with the room cleaner than when I checked in. Dirty floors,clogged sink,A outlet up on the wall by the mirror, flashing bathroom light. No bedside tables ,no lamps only ceiling lights. 100% completely dissatisfied. Lo que pasa fue que salen fotos que nada que ver según donde yo reservé era el The Seagull y me mandaron a una habitación a otro lugar diferente a lo que salía en la foto me mandaron a este silver spray motel

Close to the beach!!! Room was very old and outdated, but it was clean

20? units all checking in at the same site, a real …… show! Our room only had a bath mat, face cloth and an envelope asking for a tip. No bath towels, no drinking glasses, no dishes for kitchen. Yes these were supplied when asked, but why did we have to ask? Door lock looked like someone had kick it in, light shone in thru the cracks, didn’t feel safe. Couldn’t open safe so just carried passports, etc with me all day. Yeah we could have asked front desk to open it but we had had enough of the place by then. Having to pay cash deposit for pool towels, why couldn’t I put deposit on my room. Overpriced for what you get!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING

It was walking distance from the beach.

You get what you pay for in regards to the staff, property, and the people that also stayed at the motel. Some of the patrons were a bit weird looking and seemed to be regulars or lived there short-term
