Hotel San Ramon

Location was good., restaurant downstairs was nice

A/C in one room didn't really work, shower head wouldn't stay hung up. In second room, shower also had issues of spraying all over. There were bugs in the room.

Very cute room with comfy bed and plenty of space

Very loud street noise and people coming up the stairs, etc. it wasn’t horrible but it did keep us up at night a little bit.

The location of the hotel was excellent, close for walking to all tourist locations and restaurants in town. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

There is no one to check us in, which wasn’t a real inconvenience. There is a restaurant attached but was only open for lunch. We came in on a Tuesday and had great difficulty finding an open restaurant. Most are closed until Wed or Thursday. We did finally locate on within walking distance which was very good. I do wish the hotel had a list of restaurants with hours and locations available since there was no staff to ask. Parking is hard. We found one for free very close to the hotel but I imagine parking nearby would be rough on weekends or when more tourist are around. Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable but the hotel would not be good for handicapped or anyone who had difficulty with steps. It appeared to us the only way into our room was by climbing several steps to get there. If there was an elevator available we did not see it. Although this looks like a long list of complaints, it is not. I would stay here again.
