SW Hotel

Lo mejor sin duda es la ubicación del hotel, estás cerca de todos los puntos importantes de la ciudad. El personal es realmente atento (sobre todo el chico que está en la mesa trabajando de 8-11).

Que no había cafetera en el cuarto y que no te daban un desayuno de cortesía como hacen en muchos otros sitios.

Staff was very friendly.

Would have been nice to have a safe in the room and coffee available in the lobby.

Location was ok, room was not clean as the carpet had some dust and a wrapper and there was hair in the bathroom. No toothpaste at the reception. The look of this whole hotel is very old, they haven't upgraded to card locks. There is a cupboard inside the room where one of the knob was broken

Too expensive for the quality of stay, wish it was cheaper. No breakfast

In the heart of Chinatown. It was everything I expected.

השירות, גבו ממני עוד מיסים על התשלום על אף שהמיסים היו אמורים להיות כלולים תחושת עוקץ ביקשו המון כסף על חנייה בחניון לא מזמין המלון עצמו גם היה לא מזמין, מיושן וחדרים מאובקים המלון מסומן באיזור מרכזי אבל האיזור היה ממש לא סימפטי ולא מרכזי

Hotel super apprezzato in quanto in una posizione centrale e comoda per girare la città, la struttura si presenta molto sicura e carina al suo interno, lo staff è super gentile e disponibile, durante la sera abbiamo chiamato per un problema alle luci in camera ed il signore è salito subito per spiegarci come fare e ci ha spiegato anche come funzionasse l'aria calda o fredda con molta gentilezza. Al nostro check out ci hanno tenuto le valigie per la giornata gratuitamente. La camera è davvero accogliente e confortevole.
