Wir hatte ein Problem mit Booking und das Hotel konnte nicht sehen, dass wir bereits bezahlt hatten. Der Rezeptionist hat uns geglaubt und hat sich mit Booking in Verbindung gesetzt. Wir mussten nichts machen, das Problem wurde gelöst. Danke für die Unterstützung und die dadurch entstandene Stressreduktion :)

Posizione strategica, non troppo Chinatown ma nemmeno poco, vicino a tutte le principali attrazioni, un po’ datato ma tutto sommato neppure troppo buon rapporto qualità prezzo

The location was ideal. Easy access to all amenities and places.

It would have been nice to have a microwave in our room, however we had full access to one in the hotel's office.
