The location was excellent. It was right on the edge of Chinatown and Little Italy neighborhoods. We were able walk to all of the places we wanted to go. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I wish it would have had a coffee maker in the room.

Two things really stood out with the SW Hotel: The staff were amongst the friendliest I have ever seen in a hotel. They genuinely seem to care. Also the cleanliness - the room didn't have a speck of dust, and smelled fresh and clean. Having a locked front door, 24 hour front desk staff, and a locked parking garage made me feel safe.

Nothing really to mention.

We rarely encounter such a friendly staff. Everyone did their work with attention to the details. Fast response to enquiries.The room furnishing met our needs, latest interior design was not our concern. The cleaning staff did an excellent job.

In a room where bed is close to the window, it could be draughty in the night hours.
