Hotel Minturn

This place was quite a treat. A quality room at an affordable rate. I would highly recommend! The sheets and towels were high quality and the king size bed was very comfortable. The sign in was easy and straight forward with good communication. It even had a small refrigerator in the room.

Lovely, spacious room, comfortable bed. The off-site manager was very helpful when our room key got misplaced. Overall, very happy with the stay.

There was plenty of coffee, but no creamer/half/half, wish there was some! Otherwise, very happy with the stay.

Great location, easy check-in and check-out, parking spots were key and so convenient.

Toilet seat was broken in Room 1 and falls over hitting my back every time I used the restroom, but should be an easy fix I think, just kind of annoying. Also, the Keurig machine wasn’t working - I tried it twice but it wouldn’t turn on to brew. Probably a big cost but covered parking would be even better - but big bonus to have parking right outside the door there.

I like the overhaul comfort (bathroom + bed) and attention to hygiene on majority of surfaces.

Because I was cold, I decided to take the plaid available in the closet. Turns out it was completely covered with dog black & long hairs (I assume???). Passed the night having a slight allergic reaction to what I inadvertently spread all over the place... It was not z big deal but I noticed, the couch also had animal hairs on it before I used the plaid. Didn't think about taking a pic. I mean, idk how big is a deal for you, for me it's only thinking about washing these items.
