The building is very nice and the rooms very comfortable. We really enjoyed the swimming pool+spa+hacuzzi+turkish bath. Ideal for a rest during the hottest period of the day.

Breakfast is served in the underground level, with no natural light. Really a shame in such a nice hotel.

Staff was phenomenal and helped us with every step of our stay. The hotel was absolutely beautiful, and we particularly loved the spa facilities. Rooms were large and comfortable, and the aircond was much appreciated.

We loved our time here and we're able to walk to all the historic sites. The staff was great and always helpful. Definitely recommend staying here for your time in Samarkand.

I liked the service the most, perfect English, nice friendly and helpful service. I would really rate the reception as an A - especially the woman at the reception desk was a class act! I also have to really appreciate that we were paid for a taxi when we left for the train.

Unfortunately the hotel has windows on a busy street and the windows are not soundproof - the rooms are therefore noisy. The bed is very hard as if you were sleeping on the floor. Breakfast was really a flop - ugly place, service at the counter, uncleaned dishes - although the two women in the kitchen had plenty of time-o Little menu and everything from our angle was not good - not even the coffee.

This hotel has very nice rooms. We have stayed in L7 - room with a view to the yard. Excelent room.

Breakfasts are very poor for this price. Watter was rotten in the pool in the SPA. Totally rotten. It was not possible to swim.
