There was nothing to dislike; everything met my expectations.

The hotel has a wonderful aesthetic and is in a great location being just a 10 minute walk to Registan Square. However, the most positive experience were the amazing staff. In particular, we were so grateful to the lady at the front desk during our stay (really wish we had taken her name!), she was so friendly, would give us great recommendations on restaurants and places to visit, and just overall so helpful! The whole staff would go above and beyond, including helping translate for us when we had a mix up with a driver ha. Breakfast was really nice and spa facilities top notch as well. Could not recommend this place enough, you will really be looked after!

Wifi was a little glitchy at times, but never to the point that it was bothersome.
