A wonderful hotel in Samarkand nestled in a quiet residential area. It has a good breakfast. The staff were friendly. The hotel has a spa, pool, and a turkish bath. The building itself is beautiful. Within walking distance to Registan Square and most other tourist attractions. The staff were great to call on New Year's Eve to go to the roof to see the hotel fireworks and a panoramic view of the city's fireworks. The breakfast is basic but had everything you would need.

The room was a tad bit small. The bathroom had a terrible blocked drain smell. Upon checking out, the staff took very long to come to the counter. The rooms were not very soundproof.

This is our 3rd time booking in the same hotel and as always, the room and service are excellent. The staffs are so welcoming and helpful which makes it even better. Location is perfect. Also, they were very sweet to give me a wine on my birthday.

I had a problem with my flight and had to reschedule my dates. The staff were very helpful and changed my dates without any compensation. The hotel was very comfortable and location was good with delicious breakfast
