Mu Cang Homestay

Not friendly welcome with host complaining about the low rates given by booking, rooms in the picture look perfect then reality is different, breakfast was passable to say the best

We arrived late and left early, so we could not really enjoy the place. The bungalows are very cute with a great view. We skipped breakfast, but the host are super nice and friendly.

For the price, it was amazing. The lady gave us a bigger bedroom than we were supposed to have (I think) Very clean and generally comfortable Amazing breakfast

Was a bit cold, but that was because of the weather, and the blanket was warm

Already rated (somehow it was cheaper in booking to do two separate bookings instead of one longer)

One of the best travel experiences in 5 years spent in Vietnam.🇻🇳 The homestay is run by the loveliest family, very helpful and hospitable. The host kindly shows the best routes to hike and enjoy local views. The meals made the hostess catered to your personal liking are delicious. Everything you need is kindly provided at your request - a kettle, cutlery, a hand torch, slippers. The water heater works perfectly which is vital during the cold season. The bungalow I stayed in is absolutely adorable. It is located on the hill a bit away from the main building, surrounded by gardens, greenery and trees. There is a cosy terrace facing the mountains where you can watch sunsets, drink hot tea or do yoga. I fell in love with rustic aesthetics of the house build with natural materials like bamboo, wood, stone, and brick.

I had a small but comfortable room. The staff were nice and breakfast was included. I cannot complain about the value for money.

Hosts were absolutely excellent. So kind and helpful, it was really cold in December and they provided plenty extra blankets. Breakfast was made when we wanted and everything was great. The host even called the bus to pick us up directly from our accommodation :)
