Mu Cang Homestay

The owners are sooo friendly and helpful, I feel at home with them ❤️

Our host was fluent in english and helped us with whatever we needed.

We stayed 6 nights and had great time at Mu Cang Homestay. A nice wooden house with lot of common space. Nice and clean room and bathroom. Owners are very friendly and helpful. They gave us lots of advices for what to see and do around and helped us hiring motorbikes and finding buses. We had very good time with them we will remember for a long time.

The bed was comfy, and despite there being no air conditioning the air was cool and the fan provide adequate cooling. At just under 300,000 this place was good value with wonderful hosts. The bungalows were uniquely built out of it seemed spare building supplies. The bathroom was private (attached) to the bungalow with constant hot water. Complimentary water, coffee and tea was provided.

The walk of the uphill slope to the bungalow was hard unless you are used to climbing Everest, and was dangerous in parts. The floor was sloping in the bungalow, and the entry step to the bungalow was not safe. It may be off peak tourist period as at both check in and check out we had to call as no one was at the property.

The host was really nice and above all helpful. As I came much later then I planned this really helped a lot! The place was clean, had a good shower and bathroom, not fancy, but it had what you needed. The wifi was good and the room had a nice bed, fan and sockets. The host helped me get a scooter that was ready to go early morning the next day and even arranged the bus ride back to Hanoi for me. There were not many people who spoke English in the area but the host took care of everything! Much recommended place.

The rooms and the homestay itself are nicely decorated and there are places sit and drink some tea. Good breakfast for 35k. The owners are also very nice and helpful!

Quite noisy next to the street. Bed was very firm.

Very close to a busy road. Road noise was a problem. Couldn't sleep. Hard mattress

The house master was very communicative with a very friendly attitude. He was capable of securing means of transport to local turist locations providing vital info on the local area in the samé time. 5/5 Higly recomended
