I loved the rustic vibe and community feel, very informal and charming. The views were so amazing, a real garden of Eden. The staff were the friendliest people and always helped and answered our 100 questions, which was amazing. The security guard was by the end of our trip a real friend we enjoyed speaking with each time we left our room. The beach. There are no words for this beauty, it really is one of a kind, almost untouched natural beach.

There was no air conditioning, which it did say on booking but still, for anyone it would be impossible to breathe and sleep in the rooms, it’s very humid. We had two electric fans but they were quite noisy, and of course did not make the room any cooler. There was also no lights from the rooms to the restaurant, it was very dark and the path was not smooth, easy to trip in the dark. Although the food was tasty it was limited, the choice was very little, 3/4 options for a main and 90% of everything was fish. Perfect for any fish lovers. For a stay longer than 3 days the food is very repetitive and boring, the prices also are a bit higher than regular restaurants in Zanzibar from experience in other places like Jambiani.

Absolutely beautiful place! I will defo be coming back! The staff were amazing! As a single woman I felt so safe!

The power cuts and my room didn’t have ac but still amazing!

The room was airy, and the staff was nice. The location was good when not crowded with tourists.

The food and beer are both overpriced. The beach stays crowded throughout the day, but you can have it all to yourself in the early morning and late evening.

Location is excellent, restaurant location is awesome 👍🏼
