The people and the ambiance was amazing. I’ve never felt more like home. If you like something authentic and not crowded for a getaway this is the place!

The only thing was that the electricity goes out on/off so e.g. at night the fan goes out. But honestly it was just part of the charm that you feel so far away from what you’re used to and there’s always electricity in the reception/restaurant in case you need it

Very nice place with a super helpful owner and with a great staff. The location is excellent, right on the rocks of Mtende beach with a beautiful view to the ocean. Great place to have a rest, relax and enjoy the nature and the ever changing faces of the beach with no crowd at all. The restaurant was also excellent, serving fresh fruits and seafood.

Nothing specific to mention, everything was great.

This property is absolutely breathtaking, the rooms have so much character and charm, the properties are very spread out so you feel privacy and a beautiful walk through the gardens. The view from room is spectacular and is so calming hearing the waves through the night, the property also faces sunrise. The food in the hotel restaurant is cooked to perfection and i can say is the best i have had in Zanzibar. All the staff and manager are so friendly and always around if you need support or recommendations. It is also close walk to other local restaurants. The surroundings are absolutely stunning it is so quiet you just hear the noises from the forest and the ocean it is truly magical. I really love how much they take care of all there animals and environment and the beach Thankyou so much.

The room is basic furniture and no fridge however the balcony and surroundings are so beautiful i was very happy with the accommodations.

Nice nature spot in the south. The bungalow was perfect set up. Everything is eco friendly and you do not miss a thing.

Unfortunately lots of ants but this is in a nature reserve. Wine @ $38 a bottle - much cheaper at the 2 restaurants within 5mins walking distance

Everything was perfect! The location is a paradise…our room was truly spectacular. Staff was always super kind with us and the restaurant at the property was incredibly delicious!!

A bit too windy but this is not their fault 😅
