Hotel incrível! Staff super atencioso, sempre disponíveis para ajudar em tudo ,sempre muito bem dispostos com muito boa energia, localização top, hotel muito bem decorado com zonas muito agradáveis para relaxar. Comida deliciosa e a vista é fenomenal. Foi uma boa experiência , havemos de voltar com toda a certeza!

Everything during our stay felt exceptionally well organised and thoughtfully managed. The entire property was spotless and the attention to cleanliness was noticeable in both the common areas and the room. The staff were consistently polite, professional and genuinely helpful from the moment we arrived until the time we checked out. The food served at the restaurant was enjoyable, with a good selection and quality We did encounter a minor issue with our original room, but the team handled it efficiently and with great customer service. They offered us an upgrade without hesitation, which not only resolved the issue but also left us feeling well taken care of. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we appreciated the effort made to ensure everything went smoothly.

The location is slightly isolated from the busier areas, with very few decent options for food or activities directly at the location, which may feel a bit isolated to some, but it actually makes it an ideal choice if you’re looking for a peaceful and quiet escape.
