Wunderbare Lage mit traumhaftem Sandstrand (Achtung Gezeiten) und Pool Gutes Essen (ausser überteuertem BBQ-Dinner) Schöne, ruhige Zimmer und Gebäude Viel Platz zum Baden und Sonnenbaden Relativ gutes wlan

Zu viele inkompetente, langsame Mitarbeiter (Pseudo-Manager). Informationsaustausch und Kommunikation ist miserabel. Frühstück war eher dürftig. Glutenallergie wurde vergessen/ignoriert. Hotel wurde an unserem Abreisetag für Renovationsarbeiten zwei Tage geschlossen. Dies haben wir aber erst am Vorabend mitgeteilt bekommen. Obwohl wir von Anfang an für ein Late-Checkout gefragt hatten. So mussten wir ins Nachbarhotel wechseln. Räume sind nicht wirklich dicht. Hatten diverse Käfer und eine grosse Spinne im Zimmer.

Chasing tips all the time. Hotel was transitioning to renewable power so constant black outs, ac not working etc. prices for activities changed overnight …. Didn’t give me a feeling like we could trust them
