The hotel’s design is both elegant and thoughtfully detailed, and the view from the property is absolutely breathtaking. The infinity pool is definitely a highlight. The staff were warm and attentive—I always felt genuinely cared for. The à la carte dishes were incredibly delicious! For breakfast, I highly recommend the fish soup and the wrap. We also tried their dinner menu, which was excellent.

The BBQ buffet was a bit underwhelming—we expected a steady flow of grilled dishes, but there were only three to four rounds, each with a limited selection. As for the cocktails, they didn’t quite live up to the high standard of the rest of the experience. We tried a few classics, and there’s still some room for improvement in that area. One thing worth noting is the lack of privacy in the room. The toilet and shower areas are separated by partitions, but there’s no curtain or cover to prevent visibility from outside. Since I was traveling with a friend, it felt quite awkward to see—or be seen—while using the bathroom or taking a shower.

Nice place

The staff are amazing, attentive to details, cheerful, welcoming and were extremely caring to ensure that I had a pleasant stay and accommodate to my needs at a speedy manner. I stayed at Rando 5 - pool view room with outdoor shower which was quite an experience. The room looked bigger in the photos although it was fine and very convenient for a solo traveler. They have a great service like laundry (free of charge) which is great, i haven’t used it but found it an interesting service to be provided by the hotel. Food quality and service were superb. The BBQ dinner and entertainment was lively and lovely experience. The room is super clean, room service team cleans up the room twice a day which i haven’t seen anywhere else. Menu prices are slightly pricey but of a good quality. The restaurant view is spectacular and the infinity pool is just out of this world. i tried their wellness spa and have done 2 massages with Ashoura the therapist, she is genius (literally the best massage i had for years), she is a pro, cheerful and detail oriented. Also, Ally the guest relationship manager was very cooperative from the moment i arrived even before checking in till i checked out. He showed me around, explained everything in details, added me to WhatsApp group to be updated with all the news at all time and in case i wanted to request anything so they can take immediate action and planned a couple of trips for me (Stone Town and Spice Tours) were managed by the hotel and were very good.
