The Postcard Hotel

The hotel is very well maintained, and it's exactly how it's shown in the pictures. The view from the room was amazing. In all a very pleasant stay.

The breakfast was very limited.

Everything is new in the hotel. The sheets are very comfy, the view is amazing, the smell is outstanding! All the best recommendations! P.S. Please disregard picture of the mountains, added by mistake. The view is to Ha Long Bay.

Lovely clean and comfortable hotel, really fresh bright decor and a great view out to Halong nay. Very lovely and helpful staff.

Nothing really all was great. The area was very quiet so not many choices of places to eat in the evening.

The hotel is very picturesque. Very easy to get a taxi via the front desk, also have a golf cart to take you to your cruise for a reasonable price. The room was clean and the balcony is very nice.

We booked for 3 but there was not enough hot water for all three of us to shower. The bath tub is not properly placed, moves when you go in it, and has gaps which allows water to go under the tub. We also booked in late March so the island seemed quite deserted, you have to go to Ha Long for any type of restaurant or coffee place.

Very nice property in good shape and clean. Funny enough I seemed to be the only one in the whole hotel besides some staff of the hotel itself. Yet it was a great place to stay in, and they even gave me a free bicycle to drive around on the island. Overall a very clean and nice luxurious looking hotel.

This stylish hotel has chic decor, so many little elegant touches. Reception was efficient and we had a warm welcome. Our room was just as in the photos: beautiful, bright & cheery, clean, comfortable bed, great storage, a nice little balcony with 2 chairs and an amazing view of the sea and the limestone cliffs. We had a few minor issues that were dealt with promptly by staff who are courteous and kind. We stayed here one night prior to our HaLong Bay cruise but if you’re staying in the area, the beach looks lovely for the warmer months. The staff spoke no English which wasn’t an issue with our Google translate and the manager gives you her personal contact number and responds immediately if you need anything. The morning breakfast was great and presented so nicely. Thank you for a wonderful overnight stay at your hotel.

The beds could have been more comfortable, but that’s a general issue in Vietnamese hotels.

everything is perfect! furniture and design in the room are sick and well considered! the price is also very good. it’s very convenient to go to hạ Long bay. the staff is very friendly and supportive!

The hotel is tastefully decorated and furnished. The view from the balconies on the 3rd, 4th and 5th floor in the rooms on the front of the hotel over Halong Bay is amazing . Once the breakfast area on the top floor is finished, the view from there will be stunning, too. Staff are very welcoming and will try and arrange anything for you. Free bike rental is available. Access to tour boats and ferry to islands for day trips and/or overnight stay only 1km away.

We were here wintertime , so not much happening (we took a short taxi ride to “mainland” one evening) Slightly remote, but taxis readily available at low cost.
