The Postcard Hotel

Finest hotel in halong, the view is stunning and the staff is always ready to help. It’s close to the port where the cruise starts so saves time. Highly recommended

Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel is extremely clean and staff very helpful.

There is noise from the diamond beach club, along with laser lightshow every night that is disruptive and annoying. Not the fault of the staff or hotel, but should be addressed.

All my expectations were met. Friendly, motivated and supportive staff. Modern, pleasant interior. Perfectly clean and very cozy. Free bicycles make it easy to explore the environment. The included breakfast was also good.

Approx. 300 meters away is a beach bar which plays insanely loud music until late in the night. That should not be accepted by the hotel management.

We loved the classic look of the hotel. It was very clean and modern.

Hotel staff were a little unorganized with delivering on certain requests.

The hotel was just lovely, we felt like a colonial setting with mod cons. The girls were really pleasant and helpful. Great view over Ha Long bay. I would certainly come back here and highly recommend to others.
