Good location, friendly helpful staff, clean room with a nice view, beautiful decoration. We would recommend this place :)

Beautiful hotel, not just in the reception area, but room also. Staff were lovely and very helpful. We were made to feel very welcome. Good breakfast. It was spotlessly clean.

It was a little out of the way to go out at night after we arrived and no late food facilities. This was only minor, however, and the positives far outweighed it

Sweet little hotel with great views of Ha Long bay.

Property had a great theme and up market vibes. Loom had beautiful views of the ha long bay islands. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Looked after all our needs. From transportation, scooter hire and taking very good care of us

It would of been nice to have some English channels on the Tv like Netflix etc

Very friendly and helpful staff. At the reception you can scan QR code with WhatsApp contact person, whose speaks English very well and is responding fast. This was suggested by reception lady who did not feel so good with her english. Breakfasts on the top floor with overview of Halong are just amazing Hotel is renovated into a very nice style.

Some people might not like that the hotel is actually on a little hill, so when you arrive at midday, you might sweat your shirt just by walking up those extra 300m from the main road so,if your bus does not take you directly to the hotel. The area around is somewhat in development now by Sept. 2023, not a tourist resort (yet?). But for us it was within cycling to the ferry (to Cat Ba) and a beach, so we were okay with the location. We were asked to provide exact time when we would like to have a breakfast - might not be okay for everyone.

Beautiful hotel, clean, modern with a little nostalgia. Buggy available for transportation to the Bay.

Very comfy bed and nice balcony

The location is far from the beach. Grab doesn't come to the hotel ypu need to call a taxi. The restaurant serves breakfast only. Poor choice of restaurants locally so you need to go to the mainland. There is no bar as such just a mini fridge at reception.

Price was good. Room was huge. Staff was eager to accommodate, using Google translate, looking for a store for us

Location is not close to town and there is no public transportation nor taxi. No elevator or ramp to enter the building. The breakfast was awful. She was cooking on the floor in the corner of the room.
