"Great hotel"

The rooftop is super chill. Breakfast buffet was good enough, the staffs were nice and helpful. The facilities are new and everything looks cool.

No swimming pool and the location is quite far from the main city which is a big issue for a long stay.

The location is a bit far for Halong City but taxis or Grabs are cheap

"Could be a really has nice hotel but there appeared to be no real management."

The decor was fabulous with a lovely view of the bay. Pretty rooftop garden and generous breakfast.

No food available so you had to go to town to eat. They offered transfer to town as location is not super close but did not reveal until check out that it was VND50,000 per trip.

"A sweet hillside retreat tucked away from the tourist crazy of HaLong Bay"

A very sweet and quiet boutique hotel ~ it’s off the beaten track and wonderful if you want to get away from the noise and busy life. Many of the staff don’t speak English, but the manager keeps in touch with guests by WhatsApp and helped us with anything that the desk staff could not. We appreciated the free loan of bicycles and we also wanted a motorbike for a day from the hotel which let us go and see most of HaLong and also a little bit of CatBa by taking it on the ferry.

Everything was fine except that we had a problem with the air conditioner in our room on the first night and the hotel was fully booked. The staff were attentive and when someone else cancelled their reservation later that evening, they let us switch to their room.

"Delightful property."

The property is beautiful.

Just the location. The area is quite deserted. It looks like it was pumping once upon a time but not many people around when we went. The hotel itself is gorgeous though . I would still recommend.

"Beautiful place, will come again"

It looked absolutely beautiful, the view was amazing and the staff was incredibly helpful.

The restaurant wasn't open due to renovations which we didn't know.
